Ready to Build Your Best Poker Hand?

We invited an official card dealer to deal all of the starting hands for our Leasing Poker Contest.

Our teams in Merced and Bakersfield have been assigned their pods and dealers. Fresno pods and dealers will be emailed to players this week. This contest is open to all team members who lease units. Refer to the email containing your pod assignments for contest rules and guidelines.

Don't worry, we didn't forget about our valuable Maintenance and Grounds Techs. While this contest is limited to members who lease units, as soon as leasing season is over, the Maintenance & Grounds Tech contest will be announced (September 1st). We want them to have some fun too!

If you are part of our Bakersfield or Merced team and did not receive the email sharing your pod and card dealer and the contest rules and guidelines, email agarrison@gsfpi.com and ask that the email be forwarded to you.

Our Fresno pods are settled with just a few dealer assignments to be finalized. If you are a part of the Fresno, Clovis, Reedley, Hanford, Lemoore, or Los Banos teams, the email with your pod, card dealer and the rules and guidelines is forthcoming.

Haven't received your pod yet? Fret not, all players are receiving credit from the start of the contest period which was May 5th. You do the leasing and your pod's bank will keep growing.
