Congratulations, Team GSF. Our portfolio is growing!

Effective April 1st, GSF Properties Inc. added 494 units to our portfolio.

Team GSF extends a warm welcome to Mirage and The Lakes in Fresno.

These two communities have been assigned to Maria McAnally. Congratulations on your two new communities, Maria!

The preparation and work required to transition these properties to the GSF portfolio began months before April 1st. It took the work of a committed team who 1) understood the objectives and 2) committed to working together in order to achieve those objectives. Each member of the team committed to doing what was needed to ensure the successful onboarding of the two new properties.

We are extremely proud of the collaboration and teamwork that was displayed on this project. Our primary alignment technique on this project? Communication. We had regular project meetings and stayed in touch via email.

Without an aligned team, and one that could talk through points where there was a misalignment, the process would have been much more difficult.

Special acknowledgment to Maria McAnally for the heavy lift required. The team was driven by Maria's tirelessness and extreme focus. And, now that we have officially taken over the assets, the fun is just beginning for Maria and the site staff.
